Sarah Rice, LMHC
Hi! I'm Sarah!
I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) based mental health practitioner, with a passion for helping individuals process through trauma and couples get back on the same page.
In addition, I am pursuing my Career Counseling Certification by working with seasoned Career Counselor Nancy Leighton, LMHC, CCC.
My journey into the field of mental health stems from my own lived experiences as a queer individual navigating neuro-divergence, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, and family of origin challenges.
