Sarah Rice, LMHC

Hi! I'm Sarah!

I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) based mental health practitioner, with a passion for helping individuals process through trauma and couples get back on the same page.

In addition, I am pursuing my Career Counseling Certification by working with seasoned Career Counselor Nancy Leighton, LMHC, CCC.

What former clients are saying:

  • “I’m so grateful to have found Sarah as a therapist. After struggling to find someone who I fit with, I immediately connected with her. I’ve followed her from two practices to the private practice she runs now. Sarah has helped me navigate major life transitions, and her individualized approach has been invaluable. I especially appreciate her use of Internal Family Systems (IFS), which has helped me understand the different parts of myself, be more compassionate toward myself, and rediscover my confident, creative self. Sarah is skilled at balancing therapeutic rapport and psychoeducation. She’s helped me embrace my neurodiversity, queerness, trauma, and childhood experiences, and I’ve made real progress in addressing interpersonal struggles, trauma, and anxiety. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone seeking compassionate, knowledgeable, and individualized therapy.”
